A sexual position encountered during a threesome or Menage a Trois involving two men and one woman. The shorter male is standing with the female's legs on his shoulders while he performs oral sex on her. Meanwhile, the female is slanted downwards performing oral sex on the taller of the two men. The two men should be standing facing each other with the female slanted in between.
