Workplace Rub

term referring to the unwanted rubbing of your shoulders/arms at the workplace. This act is usually performed by the plant manager and occasionally by the maintenance man. The rub occurs from the back when the victim is not expecting it. The workplace rub can can be countered with the Workplace Rub Square Up.

Zach: I see you fell victim to the Workplace Rub hahaha
Donnell: Yeah he got me from the back and I didnt have time to square up.

Workplace Rub

a term referring to the unwanted rubbing of the shoulders/arms at work. This is usually performed by the Plant Manager and occasionally by the maintenance man. The victim is attacked from the back when they are not expecting the rub to take place. The Workplace Rub can be countered with the Workplace Rub Square Up.

Zach: John got me with the Workplace Rub
Jermaine: Man you got to square up to him as soon as you see him come in the room

Workplace Rub Square Up 

term referring to a counter move to the Workplace Rub. The square up is performed by facing the perpetrator and squaring your shoulders to them. This discourages the Rub due to the fact that it will make it look like the perpetrator is trying to molest the victim. If the Rub is still performed with the Square up in place Wing Chun will be required.

Jermaine: Donnell HELP!!!! The Workplace Rub Square Up is not working!!!
Donnell: (hits John with repeated Wing Chun moves)
