adverb. This phrase is used before an adjective that usually describes a person. When used it is often meant in an egotistical way.

Talking on your phone with the speaker on, so you hold it in front of your face. cell phone, phone, speaker phone, speaker
Sorry Brit, I couldn't hear you, someone next to me was walkietalking.
