A joke that is not at all funny and usually contains a reference to inside jokes shared only among his/her family or references to biblical figures.

(Playing baseball)

Batter: Toss me a seed (pitch to hit)

Pitcher: Yeah, if he throws you a seed, a bird will fly across the plate and Drew will hit the bird with the bat HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAH.

Catcher: That was a complete Fish joke.

joker fish 

the people you meet daily that are so ridiculous the only thing you can say is "whaaaaat". A completely new level of retared. When you meet someone where a helmet is not enough.

"Did you see that girl at the party last night?"
"The one who tried to lick everyone, yeah she is such a joker fish!"
