To be and/or act bizarrely weirder than normal.

Hypothetically speaking...

If your friend normally teases and jokes around with you
and one day he decides to throw snowballs at you...
while your on an ice-rink
...he would be considered a neuch

It is not meant to be an insult, but more of a joking name. Like when someone calls you a freak, your not actually a freak (in some circumstances) you're just a lil weird :)

nuchslep 

The tag along or the wing. When you're going on a date and your date has a friend or you have a friend. The friend is the nuchslep. The word is used in a show called The Nanny.

Old Man: what's she saying?
Old Lady: She's talking about the old days when she had a life
The Nuchslep: Do you mind I'm trying to tell a story here
Old Lady: Uhhh the nuchslep's getting annoyed

Neocheater 

One who creates false realities or myths in order to gain unearned wealth, in contrast to someone who profits by producing valuable goods and services for society. The success of the neocheater relies on irrationality or mysticism in others.

Al Gore is a diablolical neocheater who has fooled a large portion of the populace to place fear above all rationality, in an attempt to manipulate them to support government intervention in the economy that will bring massive profits to his investments.

A word that can be used as a response to anything. It is a REZ slang word used by most people in the North Battleford.

"Netch, as if that guy was gonna sleep with you"
