jiggling mushroom

An overweight person who wears too tight a pair of jeans and shirt, giving them the appearance of a mushroom top. While they walk, they often jiggle.

Traci: Wow jiggling mushroom at 12 o'clock.
James: Yeah they should ban fat people from skinny jeans...
