A untrustworthy individual who can't complete a task without the help of someone else then takes full credit. This person will always upgrade their own job title to something that makes them sound more important and smarter than they really are. A typical Ratfink Flopdick will talk about how good and important they are while it's painfully obvious they are a worthless piece of dog shit.

The FlipDick 

The FlipDick is a concept introduced in the year 2007, which is intended for males with large penises.
Basically the FlipDick is an operation process in which the penis is given a folding like feature, to decrease its size when on the move.
When the penis is required for whatever reason, it can simply flip out, and extend to its original size.
