Boo Boo Guts

The feeling in your stomach/bowels when you have a bad case of diarrhea and it hurts so bad you want to cry. It is like Bubble guts but more painful. AKA: BBGs for short

I ate that big burrito and it gave me the worst boo boo guts ever!
