When someone has a "stoner moment".

Like when they either like rambel on and on about absolutely nothing or are completely oblivious to the fact that your talking to them.

my mother is a complete skazz when shes reading a book.

I walk into the room and ask a question. No answer. I walk towards her and ask again. No answer. I stand in front of her and ask again, Still no answer. I go "MOMI HAVE A QUESTION FOR YOU!" and she snaps her head up from the book and says "huh?"
