The actual meaning behind this is "Built For Fuckin" and refers to any female that has features that make her good for one thing and one thing only...FUCKING!! Features such as a big round ass, big ass tits (perky or floppy), long luscious legs, big full lips, and sexy fuck me eyes are all traits that make one "BFF"

Meanings Best Friend Forever, but has been made incredibly stupid and overrated, mainly by stupid commercials trying to be "hip".
10 years ago the term BFF meant best friends forever, now i shudder every time i hear it because of stupid commercials trying to be cool by interacting with the younger audiences, but failing miserably and making whatever their advertising look like shit.
