stop and chat

When someone stops to engage in a conversation with another while passing them in public. These conversations are short, meaningless, awkward and mostly unwanted by at least one of the parties involved. This term was coined by Larry David on the HBO series Curb Your Enthusiasm.
Oh there's Tom, don't acknowledge him, he always wants to stop and chat.

stop and chat

when you see someone you dont really know too well or someone you have not seen in a long time in a public place and they want to stop and chat with you. They always seem to happen at the worst possible times too.
I hate stop and chats and it just happened twice! i just wanted to get a birthday card at the dollar store...thats what i get for thinking i could make a quick 5 minute trip without showering, wearing socks or putting on deodorant....

stop and chat

When you chat with someone you see in public that you know.. Anyway depending on were you lived it can be awkward...

Suburbanites feel the most awkward about any situation were they have to do small talk, and actually be social with a complete stranger or someone that know, and saw randomly.. YOu see suburbanites hate things that are random they want order, and want things in a straight line. Even the pebbles put on their driveways are in some damn pattern or sperated by colour.

If you live in a place lets say oklahoma city... WEll most likely you will see someone you know from somewhere, or you havent seen in a long time.. The culture here would be to talk because if oyu odn't talk people will think you are a prick, and rightfully so. It is rude to not do so otherwise... Of course you must olitely let them know that the short conversation is using up too much of their time
The poster above me is a suburbanite because small talk makes him or her awkward. stop and chat

While your buys doing something, an aquaintance usually sees you and stops to talk for an hour and after that you forget what you were doing in the first place

stop and chat

As seen in Larry David's Curb Your Enthusiasm, it is where someone begins speaking to someone they vaguely know while in a line as a means to get behind that person in the line and get ahead in line with that person.
Leon pulled a stop and chat, but people saw right through it and pushed him to the back of the line.

It is said of the situation where a person has the bad luck to make contact with his testicles against an undefined surface or object, intentioned or not.
Given the nature of the word, it is more appropriate to design cases where the interaction is made with a moving object, for example, a ball.
Although it is extremely painful for the victim, it tends to be considerably funny to people who witness it.
Today in the baseball game the pitcher took a nutshot; the baseball hit him in the nuts.

Man, I just watched the funniest nutshot video ever.

Nerd neck

A "human" that spends so much time playing video games that their posture is level nerd neck. Everytime anyone goes tryhard they hunch down and their neck gets longer there fore a nerd neck is always hunched down cause they're always going try hard. In other words a nerd neck is a try hard, since their neck is 100% longer than the average human being due to playing too many video games and taking them serious, nerd necks are not even considered human anymore but something more sad. Nerd necks are often found on fortnite, their natural habitat usually being tilted towers.
What a fucking nerd neck!

He is building so fast, nerd neck!
