Similar to being murked or owned. To be boy'd you may have been the victim of a prank, dare, maybe even some sort of criminal lude act.
Like if you bought a new baseball cap and someone walked past an stole it, knowing full well you would not retaliate. They may proceed to tell you that 'You got boy'd!'
