a person who desperatly needs to be chilled.
someone who thinks they're so cool and try to act like a part of it and laughs at inside jokes they're not a part of just to fit in. This person is so friggin uptight that, in the words of Ferris Buellar, "If you were to stick a lump of coal up his ass in two weeks you'll have a diamond."
