A Transtestical is a individual who is born a female and does hormone replacement therapy transform themselves into being a man and or having showing strong characteristics of a man and prominent masculine features hence the word 'trans-testical'.

Oh look over there it's Jenny, Jenny has been doing her transformation she's transformed from a 'her' to a 'him' with the new gender transformation therapy that has been approved and now shes turned into a he aka a Transtestical called Jerry
