ghetter 

This word comes from the root word "ghetto" (that is to say, the version of "ghetto" that describes a car with no hubcaps, etc) but should not be classified as a rascist term. Ghetter simply means intentionally stupid actions, usually done by white people, that makes them seem poor and/or moronic. In some cases "ghetter" actions are just plain stupid in general.

"Luke just lit his cigarette using the grill, now that's ghetter!"

"He didn't have toilet paper so he just got ghetter about it and used the magazine he was reading."

more ghetto than the worst ghetto(HOOD, GANGSTER, or THUGGISH), an amalgamation of the words "Ghetto" and "Gutter". Originating in Tillicum, WA, USA to describe the unfavorable occupants such as the drug dealers, prostitutes, junkies, police, and the poor.
