A racist is someone who believes in racism. Racism originally being a scientific term in biology which referred to the theory of different ethnic groups belonging to distinct subspecies within a species of human. Comparable to the word breed as a concept in animal breeding. Racism again comes from the word 'race' which originally had a meaning similar to that of 'a people'.
There are few racists in the world today. There are more people who believe in ghosts than there are people who believe in the concept of human races.

The feeling that one race is superior to another. I don't care what you say every single person in the world is a little bit racist. Despite popular beliefs racism is not exclusive to caucasians. Nor is it exclusive to Native Americans, Africans, African Americans, Spainards, Mexicans or any other race.
