house champ 

a person or persons who are the best at a particular video game or party game compared to all other roommates of that person or other challengers. A "challenger" is a roommate or party-goer who competes with the "house champ" for the title of house champ. House champ is generally kept on a dry-erase board and should be challenged either weekly or monthly.
"Those dudes have been house champs for weeks at beer pong, but I think we can beat them this time."
