Someone likes what you wrote or said and links to it in a tweet, but refuses to @-cite you because they have a personal issue with you.
I guess Bob didn't think I would notice that he subcitweeted about how great my blog post was, but just-so-happened to forget a citation - you're not sneaky, Bob, I know you don't like me. It's fine though, I just put you on blast by quoting your subcitweetion in a retweet.
