When ones testicles itch tremendously for reasons other than having sex with a nasty person. For example: a mans testicles being irritatingly itchy after not showering following a workout session.

When a person goes into a hangover-like state after eating a large quantity of Asian food.

Ben: Dude, I shouldn't have eaten a pound of Tao's Chicken. I'm dizzy and feel like I might vom.

Steve: I think your feeling that Ta Chan Hangover pretty hard.
