Typically someone who has reached a point of being below a cuck. They are the one's who pray and dream of being cucked, which usually leads to them paying other men to have sexual intercourse with their significant other.
Example: "You're not even worthy of being called a cuck, you're worse than a cuck. You're a Shanzer. Get out of my sight."
