Basically where you do care but at the same time you really don't care but you have to say something. This can also be used as an " I don't care" phrase but much kinder.

Dahamdee is a very unique name like the person herself. When you first meet her, she is a bit shy but when you get to know her, she is so creative and kind and always has a different point of you. Always there when you need her and always by your side. Crazy and quirky and sometimes annoying, Dahamdee wil always be there to make your day. She hangs out with a specific friend group who are also quite crazy just like her.
