Not really an official savings account, but rather an "In
Case Shit" Fund that you only dip into for those 'just in
case' situations like when you run out of
weed or you have to take your dog to the vet.
Joe: "Damn, that hoe wrecked my

don't have insurance."
Chris: "Looks like you'll be dipping into the savings account."
Joe: "I
don't have much of a savings account, just an ICS Fund."
Chris: "An ICS Fund?"
Joe: "Yeah, an In Case Shit Fund, it's not really an official savings account."
