Blumpswirl - A sexual act in which a male is sitting on a toilet receiving a blowjob just after pissing and in the process of shitting, the male will ejaculate upon the female's face and then shove her face into the toliet bowl holding it inside the bowl for a few seconds hitting the flush lever. This is done to allow the female all the male has to offer, urine, feces, sperm, and humiliation.
