A person resembling a goat, satyr, or any such creature, and believing himself to be a sleek rapper, when in fact he barely knows what he is doing.
Person 1: "Hey, do you know that Zysk kid?"
Person 2: "You mean that kid who looks like a goat? Yeah, I've seen him around."
