To stiff the lavatory attendant, or eat all of his jellied mints with out furnishing him with a gratuity.
I was at a swanky hotel for dinner and they had this dude in the bathroom who wanted me to tip him for handing me a towel. I just grabbed a couple of those nasty mints and priaulxed that dude.
