Stuck In Port

When a man has ambitions to have sex with other women but is unable to due to many factors that are largely made up. He does not go out to sea to try to get women so he is stuck in port with a woman who he does not want to be with.

“Why doesn’t Luke go and talk to women?”
“Luke’s just stuck In port and is too afraid to leave.”
