a person who enjoys being the centre of attention. is usually optimistic, blunt, and very down to earth. she loves luxurious things and believes that she was born to inspire. this type of person believes that she came into this world to be a diva. beware of this person because once you get to know a jelex, your life will never be the same. if confidence were a person it would be her. the best trait about her is she has a heart of gold.
