Roosevelt

A Roosevelt is a dimepiece, a ten out of ten, a hot woman. Comes from FDR being on the dime, and dimes being synonymous with a beautiful woman. Can be used loosely to describe any woman who is at least a 7.5, if agreed upon beforehand.

playa 1: "Did you dig the ten that just walked by in the sundress?"
playa 2: "yeah dawg she's a roosevelt!"
