a character from the super smash bros. 64 game. one who when is put on level 9, is a bitch to defeat. the most recognizable nazi rangers are as followed: Samus, Captain Falcon, Yoshi, Ness, Link.

boy: well i just killed jigglypuff and luigi...all that's left is ness.
