A place that's now more of a hell hole than a website. It seemed somewhat harmless when I first joined (2010/2011) but now from what I see, 90% of it is filled with hateful assholes who think they're changing the world for the better and the entire world is America (plus have a pathetic victim complex). My dash was filled with cats, nutella, and bands, and I still see that once in a blue moon. Now it's privileged teenagers and other SJWs (social justice warriors) all participating in the oppression olympics and make actual activists look bad.
person #1: *makes a text post that rants about some social injustice, including facts that are inaccurate and/or biased, and their argument is supposed to appeal to your emotions or make you feel guilty somehow* *gains lots of attention*
person #2 (a very brave soul on tumblr): *disagrees with the first person's post, or tries to correct some of their facts, and defends their position with facts from a reliable source and valid reasoning while trying to be as civil as possible*
person #1: OMG NO YOU ARE WRONG BECAUSE MY FEELINGS ARE HURT. PLEASE DIE. YOU ARE DEFINITELY A CIS WHITE MAN BECAUSE YOU DISAGREED WITH ME. STOP OPPRESSING ME.
