When a woman gives a blowjob to the Pizza Delivery guy that's delivering the pizza to her. It is also known as a 'Sloppy Pepperoni.' It obviously only applies to blowjobs, thus a man cannot use this expression unless he will be performing the act on another man.
Example: "OMG Kara, you are not going to believe what happened yesterday: I gave a sloppy sausage to the Domino's delivery guy as soon as he came to my door..!"
