The nickname given to people, generally white boys, who are not hard enough to take part in hardcore activities that are likely to cause them physical or sexual pain, and therefore are like small boys and are weaker than grown men.
The name can be revoked and a new nickname, typically 'Manly', can be given, if the "boy" gathers the courage to take part in hardcore activity.

Someone who hails from the borough of 'Ballaugh' in the Isle of Man is known as a McLameass - due to its lack of water, electricity, basic plumbing, nightlife and the fact that it has only one bus stop and one (crap)pub.
