A term used to discribe the crippling headache experienced during sexual gratification when hungover. The headache becomes more painful the closer the individual is to reaching orgasm. The pleasure felt in the genitals spurs the individual to continue despite the increasing pain.
A hungover Roger pounded into Denise with unwavering resolve. What started as a mild headache soon developed into a unbearably painful headachasm as both pleasure and pain peaked at the same time.

Usually a derogative term used to describe a female with no shape to her back. Broad shoulders, no hips and love handles are all contributing factors.
