Used when someone says something which is completely against a concept or general consensus between you two along with any people you are with. You use this the same way you would use combo breaker.

Used for describing someone when they do/are/are going to do something stupid. Mostly used when you aren't trying to offend a person, just to tell someone that you think they are stupid.
