Rackted

Someone that is really short, fat and busty. A "rackted" person tends to live in a trailer and might only wear sweat pants and bikini straps. Often has too many pearcings.

Person 1: Yo,see that bitch?..
Person 2: Yeah.
Person 1: That is one rackted bitch.
