permatroll

someone who trolls a single person for an extended period of time. usually lasting weeks or months.

Nips has been trolling that guy for 3 weeks. Nips is a permatroll.

Similar to a regular shocker (see "the shocker") but the administrator applies hot sauce or oil from a pepper to their fingers before insertion.
