A TV channel spawned by the film festival of the same name, which now primarily shows severely rehashed independent films. While it used to be up to speed with current, oft "subversive" titles, it now shows the same five flicks 120x over every month along with a smattering of documentary TV shows glorifying people who were considered pioneers in film 30 years ago. It's become the indie HBO. Many who were once Sundance devotees have now switched to IFC (The Independent Film Channel), which is slightly better in regards to choice in programming, though not by much.
How many times can Sundance show "This is England" in a two week span?
