1. A degree of disorder, disarray, or confusion that is generally the result of either the long-term mismanagement of a process or the sudden, explosive collapse of a short-term project.
2. Advanced intoxication. Individual is minutes away from vomiting, blackout, arrest, or a beatdown. Generally used in West or Central Texas.

1.) J: "How bad was the condition of the jobsite you visited?"

windy as a two-headed queer

1. Used to describe especially windy conditions. Compares high wind speeds to the perceived, or stereotypical, talkativeness of a male homosexual. Times two. Offensive to some homosexuals without a sense of humor.

Jay: How is the weather there?"
Bob: "The sun is shining, but it's windy as a two-headed queer."

DTR

Acronym for "down the road". Synonymous with fired, disharged, or laid off. As in, sent down the road.

"Where is that new guy?"
"Him? Oh, he's DTR."

kick rocks

Statement, usually made in a hostile or aggressive manner, which invites the addressee to vacate the premises, or pursue career options elsewhere. In an employee-employer discussion, usually ends the bargaining process immediately. Alliteration to walking down a dirt road and kicking rocks as you go.

"If I can't get another dollar an hour, I'm going somewhere else."
"Well...I guess you can just kick rocks then."

"That guy just told me he isn't coming to work on Friday."
"Then he can fucking kick rocks on Monday."
