A collective, but humorous feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome. Intentionally misspelled in order to add humor in attempt to counteract anxiety.
Wow that project was a real nail biter! You deserve a spa treatment for all of your stress and anxietry.
