English singer, actress, and composer whose career has spanned seven decades born on November 15, 1932 in Surrey, England. Had many hits in the 1960's, most notably "Downtown", and "I Know a Place". Released many records throughout her career. Been singing since the age of nine. Hasn't done much lately. Still appears in concerts occasionally, usually in England. Her music can be heard in many movies, TV shows, and commercials.

John McCain's running mate for the Republican party in the 2008 election, who many people make fun of for no reason. She gets pummeled by all forms of media. And, while she may not be the smartest person in the world, she most certainly in NOT the dumbest. She is more qualified than most people give her credit for. People need to stop harassing her.
Republican: "I love Sarah Palin!"
Democrat: "How can you love someone that dumb?"
Republican: "She's smarter than you. that's for sure!"
Democrat: "Well, you know Obama's gonna win, right?"
Republican: "I'm sure he will, but I can still support my party!"
