A gentleman with a cool,even temperament who commonly has traits such as being tall, handsome, good build, broad shoulders, intimidates to wolves, clean-neat appearance and walks with an erect gait. Smaller, petite college women in cities can or will most often enough seek out these traits in a mate for their role as a 'protector' or someone that would ward off would be wolves or opportunistic predatory men. These types of men could have day jobs as Law Enforcement, Fire Department, Military or other roles women typically view as 'hero's or doing service to the community but exceptions always exist. These men might view themselves as modern day 'super hero's' and put an 'S' on their Toyota 4Runner or license plate. The ladies will often enough choose these men of valor to marry as being their perfect knight in shining armor to provide security and stability in an otherwise unpredictable world. Note: uneducated back wood rednecks do not generally serve this type of role to educated, career minded city woman.
An uneducated, shorter redneck guy goes to the city and notices a lot of smaller, cute petite ladies with tall men with them and asks, 'what is up with all these tree's hanging over these women here?' Another guy responds back that those men are their protectors because the city is a dangerous, insecure place without them.

Every conservative family or otherwise typically has one or more younger ladies who are 'top of the line' meaning they have been able to achieve most all of their goals,dreams, wants or needs in life such as independence from any man, education, strong ties with family, God, abstained from random sex, high self respect, esteem, strength and that most of all they are bound for a University college with a fullfilling career after that. As such a University campus is filled with many young ladies who are 'top of the line' at least within in the hierachy of their family and they often feel grateful to their families for helping to make them successful. Their families have pushed them to where they are and also pin all their dreams, hopes, desires, wants and needs on to these young, fresh ladies. For some young ladies they might be the first in their families to obtain a Univesity level degree therefore making the family very proud of them.
The artist Kelly Clarkson is a good role model of inspiration for what top of the line means with her song 'break away.' It could embody the spirit of the independent career minded woman within the lyrics such as:
"Buildings with a hundred floors Swinging round revolving doors Maybe I don't know where they'll take me But, gotta keep moving on, moving on Fly away, breakaway."
These beautiful, smart ladies often enough scare average men away or intimidate them as feeling they can't compete for their attentions. These ladies probably won't be impressed by your average guy unless he is lucky as they aren't going to be undersold for all their efforts and might be looking for an educated, successful, superman type gentleman who will treat them like a lady princess.

A widely circulated belief that human evolution will sort itself through the actions or inactions of stupid individuals eliminating themselves from the gene pool. Mean while the prude, wise actions of society as a whole cause them to adapt, survive and evolve.
The idea is very similiar to the so called, "Darwin Awards" where people get awarded for doing stupid actions that eliminate them from the genetic pool. 1000 ways to die as seen on Spike TV is a really good example of this at work.

A guy is speeding around in traffic while people on the road look on at him thinking what is wrong with that guy? Another knows and he is thinking that's social darwinism at work..he deserves a darwin award
