Stoneductive

When you're pretty damned stoned/baked/high (on marijuana) and are still getting tons of things done.

Person 1: "Dude! I've only been stoned for like 5 minutes, and I already solved world hunger and wrapped up my thesis on astro physics."

Person 2: "Super Rad DUDEBRO, look at you bein' all stoneductive."

Or "His stoneductivity levels are off the chart!!1."
