A person(s) who is from the Northern States of the United States and, who after retirement, moves to Florida to live permanently. A Northerner is any person(s) that lives in the states considered Yankee states during the American Civil War. "Norridian" replaces the now politically incorrect term "Damn Yankee".

Darn, Norridians, I wish they would go back North and quit clogging up our roads!
