To describe a citizen from a city who must(or tends to) rely on mobiles, Internet, emails etc. to survive their lives.

Scenario: Digitizen Joon went to visit digitizen Ram over at his place.

Joon: I don't seem to be getting any reception on my pre-paid mobile. I need to send out an email now so could I use your Internet for a sec?
Ram: Sorry, just got disconnected last night coz I forgot to pay the bill.
Joon: Dude! How can you live without it? Pay it now!
Ram: But I can't seem to be able to pay it online...

Sam: Hello Sarah, thanks for the add. How's your day?
Sarah: Hi handsome, I'm fine.
Sam: So... where are you from?
Sarah: Oh I'm from Sydney, Australia, where all the Koalas live ^^
Sam: Haha, really? You don't look like your are from there...
Sarah: How come?
Sam: Because you are soooooo cute from the photo, I thought you are from Cutopia :P
