GATW Syndrome

Good Above The Waist Syndrome. Where a female is very attractive from the waist up. But from the waist down, her legs are extremely unattractive due to dimples, cellulite, lack of knee definition, and cankles (fat ankles). As a rule of thumb, GATW Syndrome will remove 3/10 points from a females aesthetic rating.
