A small margin of people that is supposed to project the entire state (and somehow people still trust it) for an election.

Before 2016 election:
P1: Hillary will win look at the polls!
P2: Actually polls are inaccurate.
P1: No they aren't, watch what happens!

P2: Told you so!
P1: ...
