A disingenuous way to make fun of and embarrass people by referring to them as Bosnian, particularly after a partly or wholly incompetent action.
Customer: "Hello I am here to do my Amazon return it is this thing where Amazon gives me some scannable code and they told me you would...oh...so you've done this before..."

Co-worker 1: "Like she needed to tell me what an Amazon return is when I have done millions"
