A way of admiring someone of the opposite (or same) sex who is attractive where you look them up an down as they approach you, when their right in front of you and as they walk away. Usually done while not speakiing to the person.

A person who always half finishes a job, chore or activity never seeing it to completion and complaining that they can't do it.
