Secrect group from Delta _______ Fraternity, only certain brothers are ever let in on the secret. Nicknamed after the secret counterterrorism unit in the US military.
Generally credited with toilet papering and pulling other pranks on sororities.

"Hey those sluts from Alpha Delta Pi scummed us last night...Delfta Force is in effect at 3am..."
