When someone views a film specifically due to their attraction to one (or more) of the cast members. Often (though not always) the film in question is of poor quality or very obscure, as the appeal is the person appearing in the movie and not the film itself.
Bobby Deerfield is not a very good movie, but it was a thirst watch for Al Pacino so I enjoyed it.
